Screening
After successful review of your application, a video interview will be conducted where you present a topic of your choice, as if in a virtual classroom. For organizations, this step will consist of a phone call conversation.
The offer
After passing the interview, an offer will be extended. For organizations, subsequent steps will not apply.
Background check
A background check from your local Police Department is a Deenward policy, meant to contribute towards a safe safe for all students and to build trust with parents.
