Tuesdays: Children’s Fitness Program with Bilqis Abdul-Qaadir

Class Description
Get ready to have a blast while improving your strength and body control with Basketball Fitness. This class is a fun and engaging way to get your kids up and moving. Whether they’re beginners or experts in the sport, everyone is welcome! Participants will learn and build on the basic fundamentals and skills of basketball, including dribbling, and shooting, all while staying active and having fun. All you need is a ball with air – I’ll take care of the rest! Join us and watch your child improve their basketball abilities while enjoying a high-energy workout!
Sessions: April 22, 29, May 6, 13, 20, 27
